Después de muchos cambios en su alineación, Lillian Axe, con Steve Blaze permaneciendo como el único miembro inamovible de la banda, lanzaron un nuevo disco, titulado Waters Rising, el 14 de julio de 2007.
El tema Ghost of winter es una preciosa balada incluída en el álbum de 1989 Love + War, en mi opinión uno de los mejores trabajos de la década con temas como Diana, She likes it on top, Alls fair in love + war o My number.
